Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Pacific Scientific R45HCNA-TS-LF-NV-00 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Baldor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Allen-Bradley parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Pacific-Scientific product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Baldor such as the MVM3559D spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the N34122H0AA manufactured by Allen-Bradley and we are pleased to be able to service most Allen-Bradley systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature R34JSNCTSNDNV02 by Manufacturer Pacific-Scientific as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Sequential Brand PS110003 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Technogear such as P055T18020CBB5G0S00 equipment made by Technogear have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Technogear products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Technogear" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available R40DT71C4 made by Sew as well as the popular R305 original spares produced by Century

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the R43GENAR2M2NV02 by Pacific-Scientific and P055T18020CBB5G0S00 spares by Technogear are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
